Kimberly Marten to be Acting Director of the Harriman Institute

Kimberly Marten, a member of the Saltzman Institute and Professor of Political Science at Barnard College, has been named Acting Director of the Harriman Institute for the 2012-13 academic year. Dr. Marten, an expert on international relations and non-state actors, has written extensively on Eurasian security issues. The Harriman Institute is the nation's oldest interdisciplinary research institute for Russian, Eurasian, and East European studies.
