Lincoln Mitchell Interviewed for Evolutsia.net

Saltzman Institute Affiliate Lincoln Mitchell was interviewed yesterday for Evolutsia.net, a website devoted to news and analysis of events in Georgia and the Caucasus region. In the interview, part of a new weekly interview series called Caucasian Context, dealt with the latest Freedom House report on "Freedom in the World," which gave Georgia a 4 for political and a 3 for civil rights (out of 7, with 1 being the most free). This score is the same as that Georgia received last year.
